TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. BOOKING:
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the shoot.
2. TIMELINESS:
Clients are kindly requested to arrive on time for their scheduled session.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time, as subsequent bookings cannot be delayed.
3. CANCELLATION:
All advance payments are strictly non-refundable in case of cancellation.
4. RESCHEDULING:
* Requests must be made at least 24–48 hours prior to the session.
* Rescheduling is only allowed in genuine cases (e.g., baby illness or emergencies).
* Last-minute changes or failure to inform will incur a rescheduling fee of Rs. 5,000.
5. DELIVERY:
* Raw images will be shared within 2 days of the shoot.
* Final edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks after image selection.
6. IMAGE SELECTION & EDITING:
* Only selected images will be professionally edited.
* Unselected images will not be edited or delivered.
7. USAGE RIGHTS:
Images may be used for portfolio and social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise in advance.
