Terms & Conditions

• No discount. The final product you receive will be worth more than what you are paying.
• A meetup session with the bride/groom is preferred before the event to discuss their ideas for the shoot.
• Meetings are by appointment only.
• All wedding packages and deliverables are confirmed at the time of booking.
• No photographs or videos will be delivered until full payment has been received.
• Once a booking is confirmed, the initial deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• Any kind of misbehavior towards our team will not be tolerated during the event.
• Event coverage is approximately 4 hours. Additional time will be charged at Rs. 5,000 per hour.
• For a couple shoot, at least 1 hour is required to ensure proper coverage. If sufficient time is not given, the quality of work may be affected.
• Photo editing is done to maintain a natural look; we do not over-process our images.
• Couple shoots are conducted before the event and are charged separately.
• We prefer clients to select songs for videos; otherwise, we will use music from our own collection.
• Starting from the selection date, a minimum of 5 weeks is required for project completion.
• After delivery of the final product, we will not be responsible for RAW data after 15 days. Any changes must be requested within this period.
• Changes in albums or videos will only be considered if requested directly by the bride or groom.
• We take backups of our data; however, in rare cases of data loss (as these are electronic devices), SHN Photography will not be held responsible. Any compensation will be adjusted based on the type of data lost.
• Payment terms: 50% advance at booking and 50% at the end of the event or upon delivery of soft copies.
